After having decided that Integrative hypnotherapy is right for you, all you need to do is email me requesting a confidential client form. Please fill in the form and bring it with you to our consultation. This will save us some valuable time.

During your consultation I will take time to truly listen to you. I will ask you questions relating to your condition and your life experience. My approach is non-judgemental and all that we discuss is in the strictest confidence. Once I have a clear picture and a sound idea of what I think is the best treatment plan for you, I will go on to ask what your thoughts are in this regard. Treatment can commence once we both agree what is best for you.

The initial hypnotherapy and or bio-energy therapy consultation is 2 hours in duration.

Each subsequent consultation is 1 hour in duration
