In my practice as an Integrative Hypnotherapist I often utilise bio-energy therapy, especially when one’s condition is accompanied by troublesome physical and very often medically unexplained symptoms.

Through bio-energy therapy the mind and body are given an opportunity to calm down and return to a state of balance. Once relative balance has been regained, one’s present challenge/problem is seen in a more positive light and is easier to work with.

Bio-energy therapy acknowledges that bodily dis-eases are the direct expressions of energy blocks caused by our negative mind states, unwholesome diet and detrimental environmental biological conditions.

The aim of bio-energy therapy is to assist the body in removing the particular energy block responsible for the condition.

Bio-energy therapy works by introducing into the body an universal and naturally occurring high frequency non-polarised energy which has the ability to work through and balance whatever block(s) you, the client might have. The bio-energy practitioner is trained to attune him/herself to this universal energy and simply directs this energy to wherever the need may be by placing his/her hands on the client’s body.

Once the energy blocks are removed the body and mind return to a state of natural balance and you are left with a feeling of ease, rejuvenation and wellbeing

This particular style of bio-energy therapy incorporates Reiki, radiesthesia and radionics. Radionics is a natural system of healing utilising a device which has the ability to generate healing vibrations such as those of homeopathic medicines.

These two healing approaches combined give a gentle, relaxing and rejuvenating yet very powerful personal experience.

During a typical session all that you are required to do is to lie down on a therapy couch, fully clothed and hold the radionics handles. There is usually some gentle music that is played in the background. The practitioner then starts by placing his/her hands on your head changing positions at non equal time intervals. The experience is relaxing and very pleasant.
