USA and am at present engaged in my Master’s degree research on
meditation and hypnotherapy and its application in the understanding and
treatment of anxiety and depression.
In 1999, overpowered by both my own anxiety and depression and the need
to experience spirituality, I joined the Nan Hua Buddhist monastery in
South Africa. Here I spent one year at the African Buddhist Seminary as
a novice monk studying Buddhist psychology and philosophy and then a
further four years at the monastery studying, teaching and working.
And thus out of my personal practice, professional education and life
experience, Integrative Hypnotherapy was born. Integrative Hypnotherapy
is the application of clinical hypnotherapy within the all-encompassing
humanistic transpersonal perspective.
Personally I have a passion for learning and a particular interest for
the exploration of consciousness. I look at life as a process of
discovery, a process of individuation. I love people and tremendously
enjoy supporting others on their journey of life and personal
development.
I also have a personal experience of living with drug addiction as well
as anxiety and depression and continue to learn from these conditions
daily. I feel that this personal experience gives me the ability to
express a genuine empathy for people suffering with these life
conditions.
I speak Fluent Polish, Afrikaans a bit of German and a
bit of Chinese. I also make myself available to the Polish community by offering
Bio-energy therapy in the
Polish language.
